Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at honeydosdoneright.com or engaging the services of Honey Dos Done Right LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Honey Dos Done Right LLC, a residential handyman service located in Greenville, South Carolina.

Services

Honey Dos Done Right LLC provides residential handyman services including but not limited to: electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, drywall repair, TV mounting, fixture installation, and general home repairs. All services are performed by Mark Weir, the owner and sole operator.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Services are limited to indoor work in the Upstate South Carolina service area. We do not perform outdoor work, attic work, crawlspace work, or provide free estimates.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our website contact form, by phone, or by text message. Scheduling an appointment constitutes an agreement to our payment and cancellation policies as described on our Payment & Policies page.

• A one-hour minimum is charged for all appointments
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice
• Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee
• Payment is due in full on the day of service

Text Messaging & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number through any form on our website or by texting us directly, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Honey Dos Done Right LLC. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hddrusa@gmail.com.

We do not use SMS communications for unsolicited marketing. Messages are sent only in connection with your service request or ongoing business relationship with Honey Dos Done Right LLC.

We will never share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full on the day service is rendered. We accept Venmo, Cash App, credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Credit and debit cards are processed through a third-party payment processor. Full rate and billing details are available on our Payment & Policies page.

Failure to remit payment on the day of service may result in additional fees and suspension of future scheduling until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

Honey Dos Done Right LLC carries $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. While we take every reasonable precaution to perform work safely and professionally, our liability is limited to the direct cost of services rendered.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage discovered during or after service
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from services performed
• Damage resulting from materials or fixtures supplied by the customer
• Work performed outside the scope of what was agreed upon at scheduling

Any claim arising from our services must be reported within 7 days of the service date.

No Warranty

Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we stand behind our workmanship, we make no warranty that results will meet any specific standard beyond what was agreed upon at the time of scheduling.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Honey Dos Done Right LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use of Website

You agree not to use our website in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmits spam, malicious code, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
• Interferes with the operation of our website or services

Third-Party Services
